Maasai Mara game reserve is one of the most famous wildlife habitats in the world hosting a variety of savanna wildlife which include the Big five (Lions, Elephants, Leopards, Buffalos and Rhinos). The reserve also stages world’s wonder of annual migration of wildebeests and zebras across the crocodile infested Mara River while crossing to and from the Serengeti National park a spectacle that takes place twice every year.

DAY BY DAY ITINERARY

DAY 1: DEPARTURE/AFTERNOON GAME DRIVE

You will be met and have warm greetings from your tour leader and driver guide either at the airport or at your hotel lobby, then have tour briefing and depart Nairobi between 8:00hrs and 8:30hrs. Drive along the scenic rift valley floor to reach the Maasai Mara National Reserve in good time for lunch. After lunch relax then proceed to enjoy afternoon game drive in the Reserve until evening. Drive back to your pre booked lodge or camp for dinner and overnight.

DAY 2: FULL DAY GAME DRIVES AND MAASAI VILLAGE

After breakfast hit the reserve dirt roads for full day game drives in the reserve with picnic lunch, in the afternoon you will have an optional visit to a nearby Maasai village to experience some of their cultures driving back to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight

DAY 3: MORNING GAME DRIVE/DEPARTURE

Early morning breakfast then head for your final game drive on your way out of the reserve driving back to Nairobi to arrive in the late afternoon at your hotel or at the airport. End of safari.
